If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Please note that all appointments require confirmation by 5 pm the day before. We will reach out to you via phone and WhatsApp to confirm your appointment. If we are unable to confirm, your appointment may be offered to someone on our waiting list.
