Eating Disorders
Eating disorders are a complex mental health condition which may involve overeating large quantities of food all at once, limiting the amount of food eaten or getting rid of food eaten in unhealthy ways – or a combination of all these behaviours. When a person is suffering from an eating disorder; their behaviour with food is only a symptom of much deeper issues going on. Often there are issues with addiction, habits, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, body image and sometimes trauma.
Rapid Transformational Therapy™ (RTT™), an award-winning therapy, was created after 30 years of practice in working with various mental health conditions, including eating disorders. Developed by the UK’s No. 1 Therapist, Marisa Peer, RTT™ has time and time again shown successful results in treating issues like anorexia and bulimia. This therapy is a unique blend of hypnosis, cognitive behavioural therapy and neuroscience and focuses on finding the root of the problem within the subconscious mind while a client is in the alpha brainwave. After helping you recognise and change distorted thoughts that lead to eating disorder behaviours, it changes the brain’s neural pathways to install powerful thoughts and a positive food relationship with food. Our Rapid Transformation Program can give you freedom with food in as little as 28 days without medication.
