How to look less tired?

Looking tired generally means having dark circles around your eyes, dull skin or eye bags, all of which can be mistaken for signs of ageing. While looking tired is completely natural and something that everyone will face from time to time, over a long-term period, it can become a big concern for many. If you are feeling insecure about how tired you look, this article will guide you through our top tips for how to look fresh again!

Anti-aging treatments

One of the biggest causes of looking tired is the natural ageing process.  As we age, our skin loses collagen, resulting in a loss of volume.  This can cause it to droop, wrinkle or become sunken. Anti-ageing treatments, such as botox or fillers, can help to rejuvenate your skin, smooth out wrinkles or fine lines, restore lost volume and give you a fresher appearance.

Botox and filler are both nonsurgical procedures that work to restore your skin to its more youthful form and can help you look healthier and less tired.

Keep hydrated

Many people don’t realise that poor hydration can have a knock-on effect on your appearance. If you don’t take care to keep yourself properly hydrated, your skin can become dull and the ageing process may kick off sooner. Hydrated skin is plump and glows, which helps to brighten up your face and keeps you looking awake. You should try to drink plenty of water throughout the day and moisturize daily.

Take your vitamins

Vitamins play a huge role in how tired we feel and look and a deficiency could potentially be the reason that you look tired. Vitamin B6 and B12 have both been found to contribute to the reduction of fatigue and tiredness and. Getting a quick blood test to see if you have any vitamin deficiencies can be helpful, allowing you to identify which supplements your body needs for optimal health.
