Can I work on multiple problems in 1 session?
Clients who sign up for RTT should do so with the intention of working on ONE issue. For example, if someone has anxiety, depression, anger issues, low self-esteem and wants to quit smoking, they would do the 28 day program for one of these issues, (example: anxiety). The next month we would focus on having them quit smoking and so on. I will do my best to hit all birds with one stone but it usually won’t work that way.
